Awesome Tortilla Chips

I am so addicted to the tortilla chips I just made. Yes, that’s right, I made tortilla chips.

I had bought some soft corn tortillas at the grocery store the other day with the intent of making chips out of them, but had no idea how I was going to do that. I have a problem with impulse shopping, even with food. *smiles*

A quick Google search, and I came across a recipe for fried tortilla chips, but the note at the top indicated that they could be baked as well.

Oh my goodness, they are good. Baked for 5-6 mins, with a little bit of vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Yum!
